Wrestling Mat

is 3 / 4 "sufficient cushioning wrestling mat?
I join the wrestling team in high school and I have been practicing with my friends already in it and I thought if I put a rug wrestilng would help my practice. I looked for the best deal and a 10 by 10 mat was 120, but only 3 / 4 "padding. Is it enough? It is also the type of puzzle mat
Puzzlemats struggle is not a great idea, floor mats are ideal for installations training for fighting or not fighting on. I would like to take a look at 1 3 / 8 "thick rugs. We sell these mats to $ 490.00 in United States free shipping. (Sending a rug of this size usually cost around $ 125.00, and sent by truck. A minor alternative economy would be looking at 4 'x 8' x 2 'mats – which are alittle thicker but the use of adding slightly less firm foam in them and are $ 125 each with free shipping, also fold into two foot sections and save a lot easier than wrestling mats. You can buy two of them for $ 250 and have 8-foot x 8 foot area wrestling / in practice. Another alternative would be dollamur flexible roll mats, I'm not positive of their prices, but they are another brand renowned for wrestling mats and can be more expensive.
