How good is AJ Styles mat wrestling skills?
AJ Styles is going to have a match against Frank Trig in a MMA rules match with 5 minute rounds etc. Does AJ stand a chance against a former MMA champion?
Here is a clip of what AJ Styles is capable of…..he is more than just “x division” style wrestling.
Oh I think AJ’s more than capable. People underwhelm AJ’s abilities, and limit his spectrum to high spots, when Styles is quite the pure wrestler.
Going into this match, I’m more worried about how Trigg’s training has went. He’s been learning the odds and ends of wrestling for about half of a year now. I’m hoping he looks good, and even if he doesn’t have it all down yet, I’m almost positive a performer like AJ could carry him.
